Thanks for this comment especially. With all the well wishes, you're the only one who expressed this particular sentiment about missing my writings while I'm taking this hiatus (which I hope will not be that long). I appreciate that more than you can possibly know.

Hope to be a part of your healing

Autoimmune diseases are caused by overload on your immune system and inflammation. Stress can cause the symptoms, past trauma stored in cellular tissue and heavy metals, toxins from foods, and all the things we are being exposed to that are toxic in our environment. Carnivora works to take out most toxins in body, as does pitcher plant. Aloevera jell rebuilds the places destroyed because it is an herb full of easily digested and absorbed minerals and vitamins. Mushroom tinctures are great adaptogens and easy to get and make. Raw milk is also helpful in rebuilding along with fermented foods. Stews and soups can help aa they are readily available to the body.

Thanks for the offer, Sharon, and I certainly understand the desire to be a helper and support. But as I explained in this post and elsewhere, I have a treatment in place and intend to follow it without deviation. I did not ask for any advice and am not seeking any advice. I've been down this road for 40+ years and have a thorough understanding and experience of what is out there available (and my diet, as you might know, has included fermented foods, raw milk, and bone broth for some time now). Again, thank you for the kind offer and sincere well wishes.

I understand, and hope you find continued improvement. I hope we will continue to be able to send you messages in case I run across something that I feel may be helpful to you. Rest, relax, and rejuvenate and we'll see you in January.

I hope to be back before January. And you can DM anytime, though I’m not looking for any other resources right now, and it’s actually an important aspect of retraining to stop all the detective research and focus on this process. So I thank you in advance for respecting that, and I also thank you for your well wishes. 🙏❤️❤️‍🩹
