It was a Substack glitch.

Some of you received an emailed newsletter this afternoon that you shouldn’t have. On our end, the post was clearly SCHEDULED for a later date, but due to some glitch on Substack’s side, completely out of our control, the post was automatically published instead of scheduled. (Not to throw them under the bus, but…)

We’ve contacted Substack support about this already.

Again, our apologies for the unintended email, and for the fact that we had to explain it with YET ANOTHER EMAIL.

Hopefully our accidental spam today hasn’t put you off. Because we have some great stuff coming in the future! And maybe it will actually get scheduled correctly… We’ll continue to do whatever we can on our end to make sure everything’s A-OK. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
