I love that last paragraph 🤍

I deeply feel this post. Fellow nomad here 🙋🏻‍♀️ Our prior nomadic life (moving every few years) is nothing compared to our post pandemic nomadic life. We are entering year three living in a 5th Wheel, but we finally got off the road this past August and now sit parked on my In-Laws one acre property in Idaho. It’s been a very humbling experience to say the least. We abandoned the seemingly quintessential american dream when we chose freedom over bondage.

For now we’re staying put and I’ve asked for a small portion of their land to tame into a garden because I don’t think I can make it through another season without putting my hands in some dirt.

When I let Him, God sustains me with those moments of grace and beauty like the one you described.

So glad I found your posts.

Thank you for sharing from the heart. 🤍

Thank you so much, Maggie. Your compliments sing to my heart!

I applaud your unconventional lifestyle––enjoy that freedom! And I'm glad you found a way to get your hands into the dirt. I've just come in from a day spent sowing early-spring crops: kale, peas, and lettuce seeds. It felt good to be out there.
